Hello, my name is Kyle Easter and welcome to my website!

With 20 years of fitness experience combined with nearly a decade of specialty training with the jump rope, I focus on helping busy people reach their fitness goals while actually enjoying their workouts. Did you know those two things combined were even possible? Through the use of just a jump rope and your body, you will discover how you can burn more fat, develop strength, gain more energy, and have a blast doing it!

If you already love fitness and use a jump rope, I have something for you too! I will provide you with the same methods and techniques I used to take my skills and abilities from the beginner stage to advanced levels. The jump rope is as mentally stimulating as it is physically. Through TONS of trial and error, I developed a number of tips and tricks that will have you jumping (rope) for joy!

Now you might be thinking…why the jump rope?

I LOVE the jump rope, but didn’t at first. The jump rope isn’t an exercise you just pick up and look awesome doing right away. It’s challenging, it tests your patience, and demands that you keep your focus while performing it.

Its versatility and ability to be used virtually anywhere are just the tip of the iceberg on why the jump rope is quickly becoming very popular in the fitness industry once again. With the jump rope you are constantly learning new skills, perfecting technique, and consistently seeing results not just in your skill level, but in your  stamina, energy levels, and how your clothes are fit. But the real reason I want more people to experience the jump rope is because it’s so much FUN!

Finding a workout that you enjoy is essential. If you enjoy your workout, you will consistently do it. If you are consistent with your workouts, you will see remarkable changes in your life. Are you ready for that?
